I moved back to Fort Worth from Austin a year before this show took place…another reason to kick myself for ever leaving Austin, LoL. This is precious, brilliant, priceless - a million thanx for posting!!
It's good to see a night where he killed. Alot of the youtube vids are of him losin it on the crowd, because they don't get it. While his tyrades are great, This is Bill doing A-material and the whole room crackin up. Love it.
Man, I would be prepared to give us many a body part to have seen this eloquent, lucid seer at work, live...
Such passion, such clarity... This is only one of two men who I would qualify as "genius" in the field of humour, and the other is Spike Miligan. (Not that anyone has heard of him any more...)
wow....great vid!!! im reading the great mans bio as we speak...ive had it 2 days and read 15 chapters!!! go find it....'The American Scream - The Bill Hicks Story' by Cynthia True...
well, judging from the routines, i think you're right. and since he mentions the koresh incident (which happened in spring 1993), i would guess that the date is wrong too. So, it's my bad (i just copied the location & date from the accompanying note, but apparently it's not correct) --this must in austin, summer 1993 (bill mentions something about the heat, doesn't mention the change in administration after the 1993 elections). thanx for pointing it out, cheers!

Thanks for posting. It's interesting to hear the same routines over and see how Bill has changed/refined them.
