I love this trick, but I still can't spot the point where Penn attaches the fake knife blade to his palm.

@hurricanejbb It's in the table underneath the card box in a carved out space, you'll notice the box is there the whole time until he moves it at 6:22 with his left hand then presses down and attaches the blade to his right palm.
