Goodness, I just listened to your video, and there was that word! "Alora". But that didnt sound like it would mean 'no wonder' or 'oh brother'...now I'm really confused!
@rockyboa345 OH great! Thanks so much for your reply. That makes a lot of sense, now that you say that. I miss hearing that beautiful language every day.
My Nonna would sometimes ask me a question in Italian and I'd answer her. Then when she would comment on my response she's often begin with the term, "Alora!" Then go on with her comment. Or she'd be telling me something that happened that day or on the news, and after her statement there would be that "Alora!" again. Funny I never asked her what it meant. In context it would seem to me, to be a "No wonder!" or even "Oh brother!" type expression. What does it actually mean, please?
I speak Spanish and it's true it's ver close just like portuguese. I just love French though but there are more Italian restaurants here that's why I want to learn and meet and greet Italian people to have an entire conversation in Italian. Love the food but they have lots of accent in their language and it's hard to remember that "ci" is almost always "chi" in Spanish which sounds like "si" which is the same means yes
Excellent video !!!! Nice and clear and loud : ) Thanks for posting and I will definitely visit your other site. Have a great day or.....buongiorno : )

@tjbollman1 Allora literally means 'so' ............erm 'Allora, cosa ne pensi?' so, what do you think about it?

There's an error, the correct word is "arrivEderci" not "arrivAderci".
And literally means "to see again" because derives from "a rivederci"
