Dandy's GIMP Tut's: How to make userbars

Pardon my ignorance, I found the pat file, the only reason why I watched this video was for the purpose of scanlines and I assumed that the pattern was preinstalled. lol

I need help, all my scanlines are completely horizonal, how can I get diagonal?

OK I can't figure this out.

I downloaded GIMP.

Than I downloaded the link and the userbar template just goes to a document screen with a white bar in the middle.

It didnt look anything like what you had.

So could you help me?

Also, I didnt find a " Render "..

This is a old version of GIMP. I will try to make an updated version of it sooner or later. Also, I just made the template, you have to make the others.

Search how to download photoshop for free and then, click the first vid and that works to get photoshop then find user bar tuts for photoshop... gimp sucks.
