That looks fantastic. I've been playing around with Renoise demo lately and fallen in love with its tracker-UI, which comes naturally for an old FastTracker user :)
Lately I've used Live a lot and this might be the holy grail for me to make electronic stuff, combining the best of both worlds. So thanks a lot for the demonstration and the explanation you gave regarding the setup process. Much appreciated!
@Prophier i think its alot like MED on the amiga, its spitting image of it actually :D i could never get on with MED. I've always used Fast-tracker and Madtracker which is like Soundtracker in the old days :)
@Prophier I've also been using Maschine with Renoise which is a fantastic combo. The way I prefer to use it is to drag and drop audio from Maschine (used in standalone mode) into Renoise's instrument slots to take advantage of the new sample slicing and sequencing features in Renoise. You can even run Maschine as a plugin inside Renoise and trigger Maschine's scenes directly from the Renoise editor.
I don't know Live, but I see some kind of piano roll with different colors, meaning notes I think triggering the diferent patterns? Can you tell more on how you've set this up in the info?
