Hong Kong U-23 team beat south korean 4-1, and also won the east asian championship. They also won Tong feng cup. Half of their players grew up playing in foreign people, and gained a lot of experience. But they are all hong kong origin and speak cantonese. ( I mean there hong kong born people)

While the hong kong team in this video is pathetic, lazy. Aside from that they don't have sponsor, or promotion.

Hi HK guys. You don't need to be frusrated just like that. There's just 5 or 6 players who are supposed to go to SA in the today's South Korean players, but anyway aparently South Korea's advanced furthur more than his own rivals like Australia and Iran thru the past 2 years. What HK permited 5 goals does not be the matter. HK has put some breaks to South Koreans' play at the 2nd half. HK keep advancing without any of doubt.
