A smart person that wins that type of dough keeps his/her mouth shut and moves away from family and friends but figures out a way to get some money to folks that s/he cares about without anyone suspecting where it came from.
It would be wonderful to have so much money, just wonderful!
If I won I want to remain annonymous too. You let your name get out there and every tom, dick and harry is gonna be bothering you about "I'm poor" this and "my kid needs an operation" that.
good might have just saved there lives.....everybody comes out of the woodwork when somebody wins like this..even people you didn't know were in the woodwork...
What is the best way to get the most of your winnings, if I should ever hit jackpot one day ? It seems that they take out so much for taxes, not counting what the Lottery takes off the top right after you win. Which is something I'll never understand. Unless, that's the money that goes to the state for Education, and what ever else.
I want to be keep anonymous and not to go public. I only want my family members to know about it, but they do financially we as I would have to worry about them getting greedy for my money. I am the black sheep of the family, as the care about me very much not to want my lottery winnings.
There is something call a blind trust in which a law frim can picks up the money on yur behalf, you dont have to go public, or have yur name disclosed....look it up
The laws are different depending on what state you are in. I'm in Missouri and they require you to submit your name, photo, and town of residence, but it's their choice, not the law, to publish that info.
