When the parents of the youth of the "religion of peace" is not capable of teaching their children not to throw stones at other people, then send the whole family to Jordan or Gaza or whereever. Only let them leave Israel and burn their Israeli ID documents to prevent a return. After a few incidents of that, the roads will either be safe or the area will slowly, but surely be emptied of the stone throwers.
