@gildamuten Oh no... if it was too watery the I suppose you would need to add more heat but more heat means less chance of the puff being raised. Please make sure you use pre-heated oven and never open the oven until you are certain it is being baked...

Wow, they look so cute. First time I see that flour & wet ingredients has to be cooked in the pot & then transfer to a bowl to mix with eggs. I have not seen many puff making vids, so I don't know if this method is special, but it looks pretty unusual to me. Maybe it's uniquely Kumigar :D

I like the easy way you made the custard creme. Usually one must separate the eggs, do the tempering thing between the heated cream and the eggs and straining. Yup, much easier your way. :-)

@sarcasticsarahh29 Yes, what about trying heating up in the stove: in the saucepan, add whipped egg first at low heat, then gradually add 60ml of milk (while mixing), then add the flour, corn starch and sugar (sifted) gradually while mixing..then add the remaining milk and heat without boiling (be careful), once you start seeing a bit of bubbles coming up, turn off the heat, transfer the custard cream into a separate bowl or dish, put the saran wrap on top and leave to cool...
I tried making cream puffs once... my puff didn't puff and I curdled the cream. Glad my Popovers puff up at least. But those are a lot easier to make, heh.
@XCerykX yeah unless you have a special tip for the custard cream filling etc, hard to put the cream inside the puff.. but this one is actually easier to handle for beginners i bet!

後、母国ーチェコにある甘いデザートが一番好きです〜名前はビェトルニークです。今回くみちゃんが作った Chu Puffと似ています。このビェトルニークは上にキャラメルがのっています〜それが結構甘いけどマジうまい。
