I think I can explain the GET OUT messages. Back when I was into geocaching, I had a cache buried in that building. You could go into the little room to the left of the GET OUT message at 1:27 and see that pile of old auto tyres in the corner at 1:35? The cache was behind those tyres. The cache is gone now - I pulled it when I saw the GET OUT messages - apparently, some local hates cachers or something.
