i think i figured out the chords. they go Fm7 (F-Ab-C-Eb) - C# maj7 (C#-E#-G#-C) - Bbm7 (Bb-Db-F-Ab) - G dim 7(G-Bb-Db-F) - C maj (C-E-G-C). As for the melody you kinda gotta listen to it and figure it out for yourself. its all in an F minor scale.
