  • By the way, I know someone who did nothing more than ask the question, what's important to you about X, and sold two cars in one day. I don't know much about car selling, but from what I understand, that's an enviable day at the car dealerships. He didn't even know anything else, just to ask that one simple question. You've gone way beyond that with an entire closing outline.

  • Frank, this is one of the best examples of NLP selling I've ever seen. Great job on enunciating the right questions to elicit "buying models" and really well done video using the very principles you're recommending. Whoever thinks this is spam hasn't been getting enough oxygen to their brains.

  • Good content... Sounds just like the book "Questions are the Answers" from Alan Pease from about 10 years ago.... In fact, it is but using only 4 questions instead of 5. good idea though.

  • the guy is on the right track. but not yet... the prospect says "i want the right costs, the right services, the right (fill in the blank)"- what you need to do is press back and get them specific... what is good service to you? what is the right cost? our low end start at 100 bucks the high 1000 bucks.maybe they're willing to pay more for a certain feature because it saves them other costs or discomforts. vauge statements - make them get specific. only then will you really know what they want
