Meliton S. Geronimo Sr. was awarded the 10th degree Red Belt by the Asian Karate Association for demostrating a distinct style of martial art. This was in the 1960's.
Osias Banaag was Meliton S. Geronimo's student and was given a red belt by Meliton S. Geronimo's student, Francisco Torres.
Much respect to Banaag for teaching Geronimo's system of Sikaran, but he should show respect to his Master.
