Quint player needs to quit forcing notes. relax and use more wrist action. The quint approach should be like playing match grip snare. Also, snares need to open some of the diddles in certain spots. Don't crush them.

I don't know if you already got this message or not. But check this out. You do play tenor and everything else in the drumline matched grip accept snare where you play tradtional grip. Do you play quints and bass traditional grip? No, lol you play matched. That lets me know that you don't know one grip from another. I have a degree in music and all of my lines have made superiors and best in classes. You are young and inexperienced. Learn your percussion facts.

The dumpster sound is the tenors off-screen to the right. Listen to 1:07 to hear the bass drums (or the background of the quint solo). Tenors tend to sound really bad on most camera mics anyways.
