I got a sentra spec v ser with nismo headers , nismo cams , my friend worker on the head of the engine + dyno run to set the engine air admission system .

Cost me around 3.5k to get everyting done cause im not a mechanician and i can garantee u that mine is way faster . I did a quarter mile of 13.7 1 time and that realy decent for a cars of that weith and no turbo .

Yeah, its just weird. The supercharger doesnt start to make boost until 3000rpms. This run was on like 6psi. Now its on 11psi at this altitude and it makes 15.5psi at sea level. If it was turbocharged it would definitely be faster. This kit works best at sea level and I wish I knew that when I bought it. Im about to do a few things to bring the boost up to about 17-20psi. It will definitely be quick then.

A stock ser does it in ike 7.4sec, you did say you're 7000ft above sea level which creates a significant powerloss for na cars. FI cars lose a very small amount of power with increasing elevation. Maybe you need a tune or s/c supporting mods? Just doesn't seem quick enough.

@badass1233 It's all preference man. If you wanna go lower-profile with 80HP easily slapped onto the block at a decent price, you will get a supercharger. If you have the money to spend/burn then you would go and fork out 10G's to get ur shit up to par to even handle past 8lbs with a turbo. However, superchargers run a bit hotter but I think Red is running on an intercooler charger. His charger is also a centrifugul, not as good as a Roots, but I don't think we have the clearance for a Roots.

@badass1233 also, superchargers are smoother due to no lag and I prefer the smooth transition over the sudden spoolup of a turbo. Also note, our engines have 180lbs of tourqe that boosts us quick as shit to the 3000rmps, which is when the charger kicks in... Most people don't realize that... B16s, B18s, blah blah blah can't compair to a QR25DE, 180lbs torque + LS Differencial + 6-Speed = WIN! Our cars are the most underrated, which is why I love em :D Straight sleepers nigga!

My kit was $4300 from Revolution Autoworks. I have gotten up to 47mpg highway and 37mpg city. and that is OUT of boost and in vacuum. You may not get that high because some of my fuel ecomomy comes from my driving techniques, but the kit does make the engine more efficient so you will get a decent gain in fuel economy. However if you have a heavy foot, it will worsen your fuel economy.

I would estimate it to be around 275-285whp since I havent dynoed yet but I will soon.

I will add that you can turbo your car for a tad over half the price of the supercharger kit and there are more gains to be had with a turbo. I simply went this route for a few different reasons. One was because the kit is rare to see in a Spec V, specifically when I got it, now there are a few more of them. Another reason is because of ease of install, its a tad bit easier than a turbo kit but some will argue differently. And lastly because I wanted to see what I could get out of the Procharger
