i Bench 240 and weigh 139 and check out my videos and on Snatch dont Rock ya Body and on Squat ya need to go Parallel so that means none of those Lifts ya did on squat didnt Count but it just takes Practice
@mattdog11001 well sir I'd like to point out that we're not power lifters.... we just work on getting the explosive power from the exercises we are shot putters so form doesn't really bother us until we're throwing the shot... as long as we're doing the exercise safely but thanks for the advice tho man....
o yea its still Good to have Good technique when doing it But its how ever u feel Convertible so keep doing it dont let me change ur Routine
