Social conditions there are terrible, so its not a big stretch of the imagination that some people (mostly the younger crowds) are using this stuff. Im going to assume you live in a developed nation, like the USA (where I live) or some place similar. Its hard to imagine someone doing this to themselves, but in some places, it does happen.
