A similar AR jewelry mirror was done in 2010 by BBH China for KGold (World Gold Council) in China. It allows you to try on the gold jewelry collection.

It is good tech and I like that you can share pics of the virtual mirror with friends on Facebook so they can give me their opinions on whether they like the jewelry I am choosing.
In addition if I am buying for my Wife I would like to upload a picture of her and see what the jewelry looks like on her not me ;-)
