All the sniper rifles which are common aren't much to be sold for, but if you find yourself with a legendary orange sniper (a good example of which is a Maliwan Cobalt Volcano) you will be hooked, I can say that with 99% certainty.

For sniping, if you're aiming at a running target, you have to aim just ahead of them. Bullets 'exist' here, so they have travel time. Aim where he's going to be.
