@msivapalan. The word is "Marugelara" not "Marukelara". Thyagaraaja swamy is asking Rama why he is playing hide and seek with him. And in the anupallavi he tells that Rama present in the every object - animate or inanimate - in the entire universe. Indirectly Thyagaraaja swamy is telling "Rama in spite of the fact that you are present in the entire universe, I am unable to see you with my eyes. Hence have mercy and stop concealing yourself from me."
