my mom told me that if you get cramps in behind your thighs or around there to stand up and walk it off, or lye down straight and have someone rub or massage the sole of your foot, she said its cause something about how the sole of your foot has muscles that i cant remmeber i think have muscles with your thighs and it helps, idk just saying
OUChhh dude, next time if ur having a thigh cramp or calf cramps you need to stand up fully and apply ur wieght a bit more on the leg your getting the cramp... until the muscle releases from its own grip
i just got done from a cramp that y i came here!
it still hurts!
