lol.. you forgot another "condition". God makes this great promise to Abraham about GIVING them the land, but when the time came they were told to MAKE WAR with the people who were there. So there were conditions prior to entering the land to be put under conditions to maintain the land. How you gone promise me a land and then tell me to go to war with the people who live on it? After I kill them I will have TAKEN the land.... nothing will have been "given" to me.
