It actually doesn't seem *that* unusual to me. It almost sounds like the "do" is a verbalizing affix. Japanese and Korean use versions of "do" to a considerable extent (although they have slightly more than 3 verbs... lol) - "do study/review/park/cook etc."
I really liked being introduced to this language. But how would they say "Shoulder have a go" when they don't have the verb "have"???

Hey mate Jingulu is not Pama-Nyungan it is Non Pama-Nyungan.
It as I understand it is said to be non-contigous with related languages.
