I would never fly with Ryanair. i would ask myself how a airline can sell tickets for 30€ for a flight from Berlin Germany to london and back. 97 collegues booked a flight last year for 30€ each! How can a airline assure a qualified maintenance if they charge people with that low prices. i oly fly with Quantas and Lufthansa and if I cant get a flight with one of these carriers, I simply dont fly!

Thats what I dont understand how they can sell seats that cheap and make profit out of it. That you have to pay for anything else onboard is another thing but 97 seats. I dont get it to be honest.
If i can fly 2000 miles for £10 with a return ticket, i dont expect Anything other than to get on a plane at my departure airport and get of it at my destination. Pilots seem to make sure the Plane is on the ground by smashing it into the Tarmac to be sure (I have never had a smooth landing with Ryan Air). If they have improved which I doubt? I just lost the count of the amount of times I have flown with Ryanair. I never had any problems at all with them. A few ruf landings in winter but nothing out of normal.

@FlightCrewWannaBe When we had bad whether in the UK, they were the only airline to skid off the runway...not just a coincidence. Their passengers also said that they handled the cabin depressurization over France last year/2 years ago really badly.

Well, why does Ryanair mistreat and abuse its passengers? That's the key question I think. Yes, Ryanair is a budget airline, but for the service it provides for the price, for just an extra, say £15 or £20 usually you can get a much better experience with one of the other more "friendly" budget airlines like easyJet etc :)

if people say that ryanair has got bad pilots, i would like to see them try and land a jet. if they r so bad dont fly with them but they r not because i am at cabair a flight training centre getting my pilots lisence and u should see the exams!!!!! gr8t vid

I love Ryanair :) I don't understand everybodys problems....syaing stuff like bad pilots etc....there isn't such a thing otherwise they wouldnt get the job!!

I just lost the count of the amount of times I have flown with Ryanair. I never had any problems at all with them. A few ruf landings in winter but nothing out of normal.

Im working probably with the best airline in the world right now but i will never forget the 2 years i worked with Ryanair. Greetings to all crew working with this irish airline, especially the ones based in London-Stansted. Miss you...

Flown with them more than 300 times over the years, the newest aircrafts in the industry, never had a problem that i could blame on them and sometimes i have paid just 10 pounds for a flight.
They make their money not only with tikets sale but by constantly selling on board.

Ryanair renamed an airport to Frankfurt so that they could fly there for lower airport fees, when its miles from the real Frankfurt, Germany. Don't fly with Ryanair; if this is the trouble they go to to save airport fees, just think about how much they skimped on their maintenence and what other things you don't know goes on behind the scenes.

@FlightCrewWannaBe When we had bad whether in the UK, they were the only airline to skid off the runway...not just a coincidence. Their passengers also said that they handled the cabin depressurization over France last year/2 years ago really badly.
To be frank, believe what you life, but it's your choice when you put your life in the hands of these Irish nutters...I'd rather pay £50 more and get to the right airport, and alive.

RyanAir- 100% safety record. NO fatalities
FR4102- Emergency landing, birdstrike on both engines, Captain did an amazing job saving all of the passengers lives.
Runway overun- Completely not their fault, black ice was on the runway, they had NO control over the aircraft.
Depressurization went as planned, crew remained in seats because they are required too until they are below 8,000ft.
I really suggest you do research before making comments like that.

Well, why does Ryanair mistreat and abuse its passengers? That's the key question I think. Yes, Ryanair is a budget airline, but for the service it provides for the price, for just an extra, say £15 or £20 usually you can get a much better experience with one of the other more "friendly" budget airlines like easyJet etc :)

@Zezkus they handled the depressurization badly?everyone is alive.theres a checklist to be done and they did it got the plane to a safe altitude so passengers can breathe and get the plane on the ground as soon as they can. and irish nutters? bit racist isnt it?there are plenty of pilots in ryanair from england and the rest of europe get your facts right. right airport and alive well ryanair have had no fatalities and no hull loses which not many other airlines can say get your facts right mate

Ryanair is perfect for young pilots, because it racks up their flight hours much faster than other airlines, which is exactly what they need before they move on in their career. It's the older pilots I feel sorry for :P
