Doubt it. Hydrochloric acid is just an irritant. The worst it gives you is a rash, and I didn't even get that when it got spilled on me. Just itched a bit. Chances are that's far less dilute and the PH is around 1 or 2

the reason she made all the traps unwinable (as said in the saw three commentray as she suffocates adam in the bathroom) was because amanda couldnt stand the thought of someone starving to death in the bathroom, so she did him a favour by killing him there, then she thought that she was doing the victims a fovour when she was killing them.

I think the reason is that she went beyond Jigsaw, and didn't see the good in anyone, so she decided to "punish" all of them. In this case, even if it did work the bars were still stuck to her ribs, so she'd probably die of blood loss anyway.
