  • my favorite song :)

  • qué maravilla......

  • 2:32 BEST PART!

  • Check out my cover of this on my page! :)

  • Remind me a bit of Pulp this one.

  • On the first listen of 'Ceremonials' this was the standout track for me, talk about a 'hidden gem', Florence can be a vocal powerhouse, but on this track she is just simply magnificent.

  • When i first heard this i honestly thought it was a John Lennon cover, it's that good

  • favorite song on the album by far.

  • This is my favorite florence song!

  • i can't stop watching this. it's just perfect

  • florence and adele really amaze me...they not only sound the same live as they do on their recorded sounds, but mostly BETTER

  • Florence > Adele

  • @74rkd they're not really comparable, as they have different styles... they are both amazing, each her own way :))

  • @Rib640 you are absolutely right. i guess i only did the comparision with Adele because she is such a huge name right now in the female singer genre. Both are amazing, you are correct. its just Florence has a stronghold on my heart!

  • this is well crap

  • i listen...and i feel :)

  • Best track on the album!

  • You know when u think a song was written about you...<3

  • BTW what kind of music is this ?

Indie ? Rock? I dont think its pop... O.o

  • @NiePatrzSieTutaj

It's a blend of New Age and alternative pop.

  • mencantastacancion

  • My Goddess.

  • I wonder if this song is about her cat. lolol

  • I wanna marry this woman.

  • the literal definition of the word 'glorious' is "Florence Welch." i looked it up.

  • Love. It. What else is there to say! :DD

  • This song is awesome but that is probably the best bass line of all time.. jesus!

  • This is prob my fave song from the new album and after listening to the two versions on cd, I thought it couldn't get any better... But it did! Amazingly sung Florence! :D love it! Also I love how the melody and song sounds cheerful and happy but the lyrics are spooky and ghostly. Nice contrast.

  • This song reminds me of Black Mirror by The Arcade Fire & that is nothing but a brilliant thing.

  • @JacktheDragon10 i said the exact same thing the first time i heard it

  • My favorite part at the end is when she screams "I think im breaking down again|" But she didnt scream :(

  • There are no dislikes for this one so far and I'd say that oughta stay that way.

  • I love this song. Sounds a bit like Velouria by the Pixies.

  • @AmbientMood i think more between ana and volouria by the pixies

  • Can't stop listening to this song, downloaded the album online like 3 weeks ago ( don't know if it was out then, mighta got it illegally.. well, i did.) after buying lungs and oh my days!<3

  • This music needs a video D:

  • This is one of my favorites. I just love Florence.

  • amazing song

  • eeehh...why do people are arguing about friggin art deco when they supposed to be listening to the greatest artist of all time?

  • I'm loving the new and old Florences!!!

  • This is my favorite song by her. SO gorgeous and moving. It probably won't be a single because, as somebody else said, it's unusual for a pop song. But I think it's just lovely.

  • Its just so damn beautiful

  • it's kinda bourgeois; it belongs somewhere in a movie;

    it's a miini masterpiece.

It's not trying to be anything, it just is.

    She doesn't need to perform any more than she does;

the art is in the very creation of the song,

and in the simplistic yet effective vocal delivery.

  • @RicardoThePest Why not write normally, as opposed to trying to arrange a YouTube comment like some form of poetry?

  • Not a good song to perform live. Lacks energy and entertainment value. She stands there like an Art Deco Floor Lamp and doesn't "work" the audience. It's a great listen but not a good watch. And she has so much more persona than that!

  • @cataleo1 Who needs to be entertained when you're mesmerised with her voice?

  • Florence is hot! I love her, this music is just epic. Also i dont compare "Lungs" and "Ceremonials" cause its kinda different but i love both of them!

  • I bought the album yesterday, and I've had this song on repeat ever since. It's just so unusual: the chord pattern isn't standard for a pop song (shows what you can do when you put less reliance on guitars!) and there's a power behind the melody, particularly in the chorus, even with Florence's subdued voice here, it carries real power. Stunning, bravo, more like this please!

  • @01Nick1988 I wouldn't call her music pop but I agree that this is an amazing song :D

  • @01Nick1988

totally agree with your comment :) , so much so i had to reply lol , i second the call for more :) !

  • @01Nick1988 I can't agree with you more!

  • its deco, art deco

  • @itsinmynamechap Lol. I love it when someone uses words and phrases they don't understand to look cultured and intellectual.

  • @MyNameIsLyleAnderson You do realise that her dress and the glass on her mic stand amongst other things is in the Art Deco style? I was merely making an observation and supporting the comment that preceded mine. Congratulations, you have succeeded in making yourself sound rather ignorant. I won't be dumbing myself down to make you feel comfortable. Lol.

  • @itsinmynamechap Art deco is an extremely ecclectic range, and you can no more say the staging (that's what you'd call the individual components of the set collectively) is art deco than anyone else, because you don't know what Florence was trying to achieve here.

  • @MyNameIsLyleAnderson Listen friend. Two of us in the comment section have independently noted that some of her staging references the Art Deco style. Another preceding comment noted that her dress reminded them of 1930's design. We are not just making this shit up for the fun of it. If you have studied art history or know a little bit about it you are inclined to notice these things. It is not important to me whether you believe me or not so I will leave it at that.

  • her new way of dressing remembers me of the 1930's, and it suits her very well <3

  • This song takes me to such peaceful places...

  • One of the best songs ever made in the music history!!!

  • I love love love this song! Don't know why but I get teary eyed when I listen to it.

  • this is my song :)

  • Beautiful <3
