@wizardis96 Not sure, but a couple flangers that I have my eye on at the moment are the Strymon Orbit and the Hartman Analog Flanger. I think both of those sound pretty great!
sounds amazing! i see you are using a rickenbacker- do you think it would be possible to make similar sounds using a stratocaster? I just want to sound like slowdive (and other shoegazey bands,) and obviously effects pedals are most important to creating that sound, but it doesn't seem like stratocasters are popular among shoegazers. how do you think the rickenbacker compares to guitars such as the jazzmaster and the jaguar?
@petmoonrock Although there are tons of shoegaze bands that use Jazzmasters, Jaguars, and Ricks, there is no written rule that you have to use one. I think mostly, people are just copying off one another. lol The guitar is only one of many factors that make up that sound. The layering of more than one guitar part in a song is one of the biggest parts. Really, you can use any guitar you want! It's all in what and how you play that matters. Of course, reverb and delay help a lot too! :) Go Strat!!
Hey man, I posted a Video response to the Alison video you commented on. I go over the chords in detail and the effects used as well! hope it helps you out!
nice playing i think you should try tis one with a little bit less distortion !!! but nice playing y relly like your playing and of course your rick !! thanks man !
What kind of flanger pedal would you recommend for this particullar song?

Thank you for doing this, the only thing that would make this more perfect is figuring out the riff you hear at the begining.

I like how you use the "open-Barre-Chords" instead of the barre chords.
I had been using them for other ambient songs cause it rings out more...
I will have to try that out for this song.
