It looks dub corked to me, AT LEAST a single cork. It looks like he whips them out in the first 2 or 2.5 rotations so he can straighten out and get the 1620 around. There aren't any rules on which of the rotations have to be corked, so I'd say this is at least a cork 16, if not dub cork 16. Fucking 16... my god.

it maybe was a dub but not as off axis as it should be! ...Gus knethworthy(whatever it's spelled) does a perfect double cork 16 in the movie "the way I see it" even though the ramp he used there had alot more air. Thats a real double cork 16! TJ does a mute 1620 with a slith off axis rotation wich doesent reach a cork of axis rotation. Anyways, this trick is HUGE, and because of the size of the ramp, it maybe was the best he could possibliy do
