no they were called capital lights. it was just before they were signed to tooth and nail.

but they did have an older band called aftereight

this song was on the last afterEIGHT EP and it didn't get put on the "This is an Outrage!" because it was considered old

I doubt that is the reason cause they re-recorded 2 songs from that very EP for the release. They did also make it a bonus track for another country for TIAO. Maybe they can re-record it for their new album. It's a great song.
