Radiant Rainbow Eyeliner Makeup Tutorial

Just wondering, does the eyeshadow (in the palette) get ruined after you've put water on it? Or will it just dry up and go back to normal so you can use it with normal dry brush?

@VanessaHudgensSux It doesn't really get "ruined", but they do tend to harden a but (hence why I go around the perimeter of the shadow). When that happens, I just scrape off any of the hardness. I filmed this before I owned any loose shadows, so if you have any in the colors needed to create this look, I highly recommend using those instead :)

@jjbear72183 bh cosmetics is a makeup line, they sale makeup pallets at a pretty good discount, and its quality makeup for what you pay. another place to look online is beauty from the earth, they sale pigments, which means the shadow is loose, and you wont have to worry about damaging your pressed makeup for this look. i love this look!!!!

im new to this, but is the bristle of your brush all not "hard" per se but... solid bristles stuck together and not like the others that spread apart when on contact..? do you get what I am trying to ask... Im just wondering if the quality/type of eyeliner brush matters..? Hope to hear back!

@TheKittyGroove The brush shouldn't really matter...as long as it's small enough to fit into that area of your eye and small enough to create a thin, clean line. The brush I'm using has somewhat loose bristles, but when wet stay together. good luck!

@zithyrmax The one that I'm using is from a craft store (small detailer brush) but ELF has a bent eyeliner brush for only $3 :)

@katyfornication BH Cosmetics 120 Eyeshadow palette, version 2. You can use any brand though :)

@elizabethumanzor I have an HD camera, which was used to film this, BUT--my computer is ancient and it can't handle the HD to I had to export it as a lower quality video. Don't worry though, I'm getting a new computer soon ;)
