Im using a mod called defrag and i think in the options it has a option to have ups, and I think the command is cg_thirdperson.

Ok first this is a trick Jump used to get the Rail quickly and any pro uses this instead of the long way, you can do this on VQ3 (Normal quake 3) and I know the music is awesome :)
