@xAggro Dude just wanted 2 let u know that is great but there is person who is 16 years old natural and he does 2 reps on 100kg.. but he is a beast anyway..
Awesome Tuan! I was just reading the USAPL rule book showing the different weight classes and such and for example...the 90.0 kg weight class was for those between 82.51 to 90.0 kg. Being such...strategically wouldn't it be best to weigh the heaviest you can possibly be within the specific weight range to maximize your lifts?? Just asking because of my first meet, just want to get any personal advantage I can.
Honestly Tuan, I knew u were going to break records a the meet. No doubt. The intensity and hard work u put in for this meet paid off. Congrats to u man! btw how did u r deadlift go?
Damn I must be doing really good then, I'm 150lbs and put 315lb up twice. Either way, great job man, I know how hard it is getting double you weight up. Keep it up bro! Stay Natural!!
@MikeDunn lol up your ass. Call me crazy, but sometimes.. just sometimes, I do things in life that don't go on the net. I know, weird huh? But, just for you, I'll put up a vid of it. Sit tight. You want any other vids?? I can produce some massive shits, do wheelies on my crotch rocket, play live guitar shows monthly, piss for over a minute straight... want proof of all that too?? lol
@MikeDunn Well yeah, I could be full of it. I did nothing but compliment Tran, and encouraged him to "keep it up". Nothing but positive, good feedback, and you feel the need to call me out?!? You're right, I'm 150lbs and can't bench shit, weak as hell. Hope this admission satisfies you:) Sorry Tuan, if you thought I was gloating and putting you down, I have nothing but respect for you, your natural building, and your commitment to helping others. Peace
@tripp4ever2003 "Damn I must be doing really good then, I'm 150lbs and put 315lb up twice." <<<<<<<< Sounds like gloating to me. No one said you were putting anyone down. The problem is that these knuckle-head comments appear in every lifting vid and it's always from guys without vids.
@SirNate77 lol. considering I normally powerlift at 196 to 198 lbs and that I dropped down to 179.8 lbs (a total of 16 to 18 lbs weight loss) for this competition, 405 is a little out of reach. Just happy that I was still able to break the State Record and bench twice my body weight

I'm 18 years 3months, Natural and I've just started getting 1 rep on 220.4lbs (100kg) on flat bench press.
How much did you bench when you were 18, Tuan? Just out of interest?

Awesome job bud. I'm a little disappointed in the crowd... Easily crush a record and they barely stirred.

@tripp4ever2003 Yeah, it is weird. 28 uploads of everything except lifting weights. Based on your over reaction, I'd say you're full of it.
