My brother went over sea's 4x incl. Iraq and afghanastan. He died at the age of 24 in poland on a sea trial. He went missing overboard, and even after a 24 hour search, and a multitude of ships looking for him, he was not found. He died on my husbands birthday and was eventually found 8 months later in the baltic sea on my birthday. This video made me ball my eyes out. Thank you for paying tribute.

nothing will EVER convince me that war is a solution. It stinks, it sucks and improves NOTHING. BUT that DOES NOT Diminish the fact that these beautiful souls continue to make the ultimate sacrifice to try and keep us safe and free. As much as I despise war, I have such love and admiration for these amazing men and women(some boys and girls) who gave their lives for ME. God Bless them all and their Brave Families.

I recently did a color guard for veterans day. One of the veterans there was awarded the second highest award, right under the metal of honor. My color guard and i thanked him for his service and said he was a hero. He replied "You have it all wrong. I am only a man who survived a war. The real hero's are the ones who aren't here today, the ones who didn't make it. They've given more to this country than any award can represent."

And alot of us dont think about that. we just think that as long as WE are not over there then we have nothing to worry about. But we do. The soliders are risking their lives to go over and fight. And we should all be praying for them and their families. Because they dont know if they are even going to COME home. So pary for for our soliders..
