Either I am missing something or this is a completely useless form in terms of actual practical self defence, and not much better value as a form of dance. I don't mean to insult anyone, but I could do this EASILY on my first try. And yes are a Yoga practitioner and teacher I am extremely agile and flexible and strong, but there are many other young men in my situation too, that would find this easy and nothing to aspire to. I was expecting more to be honest.
@mayatiita1 hi, first o all, it not as easyas it looks, of course everyone can do a handstand and cartwheels, but to get to the point where u master them, you need years of practice an training, training classes especially the Angola form which is what you see in tis video are very intense. Yoga can help you with flexibility and whatnot, but capoeira is cardio, I mean the endurance type, flexibility, strength and also resistance, not only physically but also mentally . Try I, you will see
