well for optimum performance the flow rate should be 10. What i mean is so if you have a 30 gallons aquarium, 30 X 10 = 300 gph. So what kind of filter do you have and what does it say the flow rate is on the box? take that number and divide by 2, then that is your real flow rate.
i like angelfish.but don't buy because angels become very big but my tank is not enough size for them.:-(
