Dude, KazPost sucks. I ordered official transcript from Univ. of KY to my address in Astana and the KazPost messed up the apt. num., delivering my transcript to apt.28 while I live in apt.29. wtf? ppl from 28 were nice and return it to me. When I looked at the address, it was clear 29 NOT 28.If you wanna mail, use UPS or DHL,but with them I noticed that when you ship from US to Astana, they do it thru Almaty and it takes about the same time to get it to Almaty as to get it from Almaty to Astana

Yeah bud, Kazpost is truly crappy! They should do something about it, as well as, ice on the side walks and what-not. Oh by the way, salt really messes with your shoes if you forget to wipe the salt off right when you get home, sand maybe an alternative. Anyway, these things could be fixed, but then what you suggest we should do about black people? We can't really make black people in Almaty, we can only encourage brothers and sisters to visit more, I guess:)

Oh don't get me wrong, I would like that too, I'm just saying, that there aren't that many, and not much we can do about it. In US you have a lot because of your history (not very nice one as well). In this part of the world there aren't many, but at least we didn't force them to come, only inviting:))
