@TheFlashlance Positively true, but you act as if that's a a bad thing. Well it is for them, but whether or not you know this yet, I will let you in on some info. The CIA has known for a long time that our oil is running out. We've already reached "peak oil" in other words there is no where left to go but down.
So basically America is stalling, the inevitable collapse in oil supplies, trying to think of alternatives.

@dumdum5 the reason i said what i said is because everyone's arguments here is pure heresay, INCLUDING mine. None of us were present when these plans were made, none of us truly know the intentions of the US or other governments when it comes to this or anything really. Its just me saying I heard this on the news, and some other guy saying I read this in a book, or this guy said this. No one here has it all figured out, no body. @TravasaurusRex89 yes a agree on that but we have means to know something or understand something history shows us many things about what realy are the interest of many governements if not all of them, it's all about power and money we don't have to be in to understand that, we have seen us governement placing dictators in many countries even where democrats were already elected by the people, we have seen how they practice and encourage torture how could we trust them, no need to be experts
