Thanks for asking. I don't know as I have so much on my plate daily. I go to a lot of trade tastings and write notes but translating that to little videos means more work. Many have asked and I have undecided. Please give me a little time to organise myself. Life is BUSY in general.

im a huge fan of kentuky whiskey...do u think u can do a review of a few..im not a fan of the sour mashed whiskey..but i enjoy alot of the high grade kentucky whiskeys.. thanks

Hello my friend. Perhaps I have to seek your expertise in Kentucky whiskeys as I do not get to taste the stuff too often. I can say I am an expert in Scotch whiskies and perhaps Irish whiskeys. I have been nosing, drinking and tasting them for almost 20 years. Perhaps it's time to approach Kentucky more seriously. Any suggestions?

basil hayden's is really good...bakers, knob creek,, makers mark,, wild turkey( RARE BREED),,bookers.. these are all good kentucky whiskeys.... thanks michael i would like to have your opinion about them.. thanks

That's OK. The biggest CRAP is from the beer drinkers who complain I 'drink' beer out of wine glasses. It's just a plain ignorant and inferiority complex of typical beer drinkers. Don't get me wrong, I love beer and people who drink beer - they are a great bunch...but I am here to taste not drink.

That's OK. Most crap are from young beer drinkers who forgets I am tasting but not drinking...many craps are legitimate but some are just plainly from ignorance and arrogance.

Another great beer is Innis & Gunn. I also love this beer. It has a Surprisingly light texture with, soft fruits, spices, toffee, and oak flavours. I highly recomend it.

I like Innis & Gunn very much but this is a new invented style that does not fall into any category. Purists like some of my beer geek friends write it down but I think it's marvellous (just a tad on the sweet side) especially I like the buttery / toffee taste (imparted by the barrels).

michaelyblam you should do a review on Leffe beer. In my opinion its one of the best. Another great and drinkable beer is Lowenbrau from Germany.

Leffe  is OK as a Belgian beer but Lowenbrau is just so-so in my humble opinion...

I am but I really have been busy with many things. I told myself that I will come back in April then May now it's June! Please be patient, I am trying to make it regular again time permits. They are doing a local TV show on my tasting during the summer and perhaps I can post it up sometime?! BTW, I didn't take down any videos...no a single one!
