I don't think this video deserves the backlash its getting. I didn't find it difficult to understand you but then I could see someone struggling who isn't as familiar with After Effects. I think including subtitles or zooming in on the area you are clicking and pointing to would help tremendously since people seem lost. From a speaking standpoint I think maybe if you rehearsed your run-through once before actually recording so it doesn't leave the "um"'s and "uh"s that we're prone to use.

so: When you got the flameball in ae.. : go to effect "keying" -> "color key" click on it

now you select the green color in the video und just play around with the perfences of the effect :)
