yes 10 second's and 3 jutsu because lee is a low level jutsu ninja he is skilled on matial arts not element of fire or other tipe's

In my game sasuke and naruto's level is 99 so i can kill all other character with just rasengan or chidori

@2kamakashi2 i like that better its more realistic.. you never see anyone getting hit by 7 chidori's and still fighting in the series.. but you do in just about every game they have... i think its kinda nice to see one that plays out health bars correctly

@rocklee770 i respect your opinion but i prefer naruto shippuden ultimate ninja heroes 3 than akatsuki raging ... ultimate ninja heroes 3 have so much characters so much combo for the characters the story mode is long the only thing has better ( akatsuki riging ) its the graphism but again i prefer a better gameplay and story mode than a better graphism ... anyway we are on psp not on ps2 or ps3 so ... and i am sorry for my english i try to speak the better i can do
