  • how can they go through all this without getting some sort of mental damage?

  • sas with sa80??

  • How many tours would you say before you stand a chance at applying for the SAS?

  • @Mattwisest you can APPLY whenever the fuck you want.. eve if thats one day after your out of basic training... but best wait, get some experiance, get fit and then try.

  • @Mattwisest You have to be at least a sergeant and have served the minimum of 3 years to try for selection

  • im so proud im british

  • The part towards the end where the narrator mentions that E&E traning as well as training on surviving torture by the enemy which left hard men to break down into sobbing wrecks really just amazes me. It makes you think what extremes they push a person to, to make even the toughest of men mentally unstable. Hats off to all Special Operations operators worldwide, regardless of country or creed.

  • any1 ever lasted 7 days on run

  • @MrBlackmore94 The longest recorded escape and evasion was by a SAS soldier of the ill fated patrol of eight SAS soldiers codenamed Bravo Two Zero who were deployed in Iraq during the first Gulf War. In a nutshell, the patrol was compromised by a goat sheperd, the team while then ex-filtrating were separated into two groups. Out of the eight members, two died of hypothermia, one KIA, five were captured and later released and the last member Chris Ryan escaped by traveling 100 miles to Syria.

  • really good insight

  • @TheARMAProductions Can't everyone give it a rest. Doubt most people would even consider joining the military let alone a Special Forces or Special Operations Force. Oh and this is coming from an American. ;P

  • Fair play, this would be an amazing regiment to join. Not just 'cos it's the "S.A.S", but because of the shit you learn with them....

  • These guys remind me of James Bond.

  • @ClockDCLXVI i think James Bond is meant to be a former SAS

  • How bout all the americans help themselves to a large portian of shut the fuck up and just watch the video.no one cares about you glory boys

  • I heard a joke about the americans which i thouggt was funny

For ten years they searched for bin laden a joint operation using the famous CIA,cost millions of dollers trying to find him wiv all there special forces and where did they find him........ IN HIS HOUSE!!

  • @sammons66

I heard a joke about Brits: Do they all speak German? No?.......you're welcome! Just say "thank you", it's much easier.

  • @bitmopro ok thank you for turning up in the last 5 minutes

  • @tiny789 ps how did vietnam go again ?

  • @bitmopro That is a British joke told about the French - I could even point you to it's origins and author. Not like the Americans to take credence for things they haven't done is it?....

  • @manchesterfellow

Alright Manchester, I call your stupid bluff. The origins and author of this joke, if you please.

  • what happens if you don't get captured

  • @inky326 Then you pass that section of training and dont have to go through the ordeal. I think most get captured though the odds are highly stacked against the individual!!!

  • i always thought S.A.S and SEALs were pretty much the same but not now..

  • @xBlurgh would take 50+ SEALS to take out 1 SAS soldier!!

  • @jaimeanmippy We don't know that, and the only way to find out is to have them fight, and thats not going to happen.

  • @NOTguineapigeon It wont ever happen but its true!!! I only really said it to bait some Yanks lol

  • @jaimeanmippy Well navy seals are considered to be the best special ops in the world, they operate anywhere anytime, but i guess thats the same with sas, so we won't fully find out who really is the best and its all based on opinion, so maybe a episode of deadliest warrior will have them fight. AND another factor is that the usa has more powerful military technology, but we do share some of it with our allies, and navy seals have access to some of this technology.

  • @NOTguineapigeon Im sorry to keep disagreeing but the rest of the world would have the same opinion as me. Apart from the US that is.

I will conciede that the Seals are good but just not as good as the SAS. Our SAS have been training armies in many countries since they were formed. Im sorry but there just is not a more complete and effective soldier than an SAS soldier. As for technology, as with any machine, it is only as effective as its user!!

An SAS soldier is himself a machine.

  • @jaimeanmippy Name one major operation when the sas did something, we already have the killing of bin laden and if you want i'll start naming off more, and i have a hard time believing the rest of the world agrees with that opinion, you only think that the sas are the best because the chances are you live in the UK, and i live in the america so i think the seals are the best, but both are biased opinions, and until further knowledge i will keep my opinion, and defend it.

  • @NOTguineapigeon I do respect your opinion please dont think otherwise. Firstly killing Bin Laden will have NO effect on Terrorism at all. If anything it will make the problem worse. Secondly major operations.

Dhofar ( Mirbat) Malaysia, Suez, The Iranian Embassy where all insurgents were killed with no loss to civillians or military, WW2, Falklands, Iraq where a partrol of 8 SAS soldoers letf 240 enemy dead. Although not a success the soldiers survival of the operation is testament enough.

  • @jaimeanmippy For the seals there is "World War II Vietnam War Multinational Force in Lebanon Operation Urgent Fury Achille Lauro hijacking Operation Just Cause Operation Desert Storm Operation Restore Hope Battle of Mogadishu[2] Operation United Shield Operation Enduring Freedom Operation Red Wings Operation Iraqi Freedom Maersk Alabama hijacking Death of Osama bin Laden" the seals simply operate in more conditions and do more than the sas, SEa Air Land, but both might just be the best spec ops

  • @NOTguineapigeon My names Jaime pleased to meet you (well kinda meet!!)

Ive enjoyed our little discussion. We have both been speaking about some of the bravest and best trained fighting men RESPECT to them and to you Friend.

  • @jaimeanmippy You're very polite for someone over the internet, and yes its been a nice discussion, i don't come on to start arguments but sometimes it happens like when im watching vids that make americans look just down right dumb, i get all mad and everyone in the comments are all saying how ignorant and stupid americans are, i just try to make people believe that not all americans are that stupid, we're a big country.

  • @NOTguineapigeon Civility costs nothing I have an opinion of Americans but only from the TV. Having not met one since being a child I fear my opinion will be wrong so wont voice it!! I have always wondered why The World series (baseball) is named the WORLD series, when no nation other than US participates!!??

  • @jaimeanmippy

World series, refers to world of shite.

  • @jaimeanmippy

You're so little traveled that you've never met an American. For your own pride, keep that to yourself. ps. World series: Asia, S. America, and N America (about 1 billion people)

  • @bitmopro Never met an American!! Yes I have silly!! That has nothing to do with what I am talking about!! It was only a bit of friendly banter anyway you emptyhead!! Asia S.America and N.America are hardly the World now are they!!! Which was my point anyway! So little travelled!! How could you possibly know that about me??? Are you one of them charlitan Psychics??? LMAO

  • @jaimeanmippy

It's ironic, because my wife is Russian and she constantly rips me about Americans calling themselves "world champs" in am. football, or baseball like you were saying. Especially about Am. football. She says the rest of the world doesn't even know what that is, yet we say the super bowl champs are "world champs". Cheers.

  • @NOTguineapigeon if you think that the seals work in more conditions then your wrong, they both are trained to work in all conditions in the world, sas also do sea operations

  • @geod5 (SEa) Air Land...SEAL

  • @NOTguineapigeon Well done you. You obliterated Al-Qaeda by killing one man. I now really do believe all Americans are juvenile, arrogant, blithering philistines. Thank you so very much for solidifying my opinion. In any case the purpose of the SAS is to achieve the same results as American spec. ops and forces with a fraction of the man-power. Research the Battle of Mirbat, 19th July 1972.

  • @rhidiandavies1991 I only named one operation, and yes the death of bin laden won't stop terrorism, now i have to take force and respond back and you can search up all these operations Vietnam War Multinational Force in Lebanon Operation Urgent Fury Achille Lauro hijacking Operation Just Cause Operation Desert Storm Operation Restore HopeBattle of Mogadishu[3] Operation United Shield Operation Enduring Freedom Operation Red Wings Operation Iraqi Freedom Maersk Alabama hijacking.

  • @rhidiandavies1991 And seriously, you now assume all americans are juvenile, arrogant, blithering philistines, all off reading a comment of someone that lives in america, talk about ignorant ego filled bastard that gets all his info from youtube flamewars, and i guess i could say the same with all people from the UK, and also don't you know that america was founded off of immigrants, and almost all americans have racial backrounds that comes from all over the world, so your dissing everyone.

  • I love watching this, it's really informative and enjoyable, unlike for the men in question. but at 06:13 I'm like.. why do they need to scream they've already captured them, the guys know they're screwed, i think that's torture enough ha ha. Great video

  • why does SAS seem like UK version of FBI/CIA/Secret Service o.o?

  • @xcutioners What part of all this special forces training looks like an intelligence service?

  • @xcutioners SAS make FBI,CIA,Secret service look like kids playing with their cocks, those americans dont know shit about this kind of training

  • @TomisY0daddy what about mainland chinese spies who boast their the best xD?

  • @xcutioners u mean MI.5 and MI.6 (i.e who James Bond is based on) Thats because many MI.5 and MI.6 agents are actually EX S.A.S.

  • I'm hoping to join as a sniper this year, shelled out 2k to get laser eye surgery for it. Hopefully after afew years at it I might get a pop at selection. It would be fucking awesome to say to yourself 'yeah, I fuckin passed that'. Defo the most bad ass fighting force on the planet.

  • Omg SAS people are amazing.

  • i'm proud to say my dad was among these amazingly skilled determined people :)

  • Haha my view count was 212223 all the Squadrons!!

  • New! Ford Mondeo!! lol

  • When I'm 18 im signing up for the army and want to join the parachute regiment because it's a good stepping stone into the SAS and that's my dream, to be one of these hard motherfuckers

  • @999duhast Running a mile under 7 mins is Olympic status?! lol

    Cool story bro

  • @uruberrr No an olympian can do it in 5 - 6 minutes. That is the same as under 7 mins lol.

  • @privateping olympians run miles in sub 4 minutes...

  • I can run a mile in under 7 minutes where's my SAS badge?

  • @uruberrr I can run a mile in 4 minutes...and Im 18 years old...from america....Running one mile holds absolutely no fucking merit in the SAS or any other spec ops.....more like 5 miles...these men are more than olympians....go die

  • @hnic1337 You are huge loser. You are probably a 45 year old overweight deadbeat, or an 18 year old fatass loser. A mile in 4 minutes? You're so stupid you can't even lie properly. The fastest runner in the world runs a mile in 3:43.13 and he probably has better things to do then throw a fit over some clip that's based on something he could probably never do in a million years.

You're out of of shape and a loser; you're also a horrible liar.

  • @uruberrr Have fun thinking you're tough watching these youtube clips thinking you can "run a mile in 4 minutes" when you actually run a mile in 15+ minutes.

This kid is probably a better liar than a runner; and he's a PRETTY BAD LIAR.

Go strap yourself and your parents onto railroad tracks and die.

  • Yeah I am a fat loser....and a rapist...and you're my next target

  • @hnic1337 One last thing -- I was being sarcastic when I made that comment you dumb fuck. Judging by the way you got all angry-excited over this shows you probably watch these clips all day hoping you'll be some spec ops guy, but when you look at the mirror you are one fat person who runs a mile in 15+ minutes.

You should watch 'The Biggest Loser' clips instead of these -- and I mean Biggest Loser in both ways

  • @uruberrr Im going to have fun banging your holes

  • @hnic1337 lol look how fast you responded to me. You're some fat loser who sits in front of his comp all day with a bowl of ice cream on one side and a bowl of cheetos on the other who watches these getting tingly feeling that one day you'll be some spec ops guy when in reality u belong in 'the biggest loser'

    Get a life buddy.

  • @uruberrr Yeahh, I have icecream on my belly and my hand on my tiny cock...and your comments are making me so hard,,,keep going

  • im joining to royal Engineers hopefuly 3years down the line ill be in the SAS ...

  • Respect hardest men on the planet.

  • what happens when you don't get caught at all for the 5-6-7 days?? do you still get put through the exercise or do you not do it??

  • @FukushimaAkira Everybody gets caught.

  • @FukushimaAkira

Now that would be hilarious, ten days have passed and the trainers are concerned if the trainee is even still alive until he calls from Paris and asks if he passed the test?

But seriously if someone is enough badass to avoid getting captured altogether the person probably won't mind going through interrogation training.

Such an person might even enjoy it.

  • that corporal guys well hard,,did you see how he put his hand on the boot when that guy was reverse turning :o

  • 3:48 i think that's the same place where Eddie Stone had his program "SAS Jungle: Are You Tough Enough"

  • The first 10 seconds looks like a comercial

  • amazing men

  • @hardrinker1989 Apply!

  • O_o

  • painfull process..
