Ok, from my limited Chinese here's what I am able to understand. (maybe not 100% accurate)

The reporter asked them to show him how to hack into U.S. site and asked if Chinese government had asked them to hack into some sites, they said no. They themselves have not hack into those site.

I saw CNN report and they attributed the hacking to them and showed a video of them telling the reporter how to hack as proof that they did it. Amazing how easily we can be convince without the whole picture.
