In the UK this programme was just called Dennis because there was already a famous and unrelated comic strip (later a cartoon too) called Dennis the Menace. We got this theme tune without the lyrics. Today is the first time I have heard it with lyrics. I don't like it.

This was shown on the Black Family Channel before they went defunct. BFC also had Tennessee Tuxedo (with original intro/outro, bumpers, and riddles) and Underdog (which sometimes incorporated Tennessee Tuxedo as well)...and some older toons inside of kids' shows.
