ring tone volume is too low, hard to put mp3s on it, fiddly headphones, no reminder tone to let you know that you have a message unread, nice looking phone but mines going in the bin soon.

- not durable.. i dropped mine on the tiles last week, and the screen went half blank and has big black cracks all over it so i cant use it anymore

please dont get it, or any other LG for that matter.... get a nokia 6300 or something instead!!! im getting a nokia 7210 supernova :)

It unlocks the phone so any provider can use it. Example, chocolate is meant for the verizon provider only. If you unlock it, you can use it for cingular, t-mobile, etc.
