@ImTheBlueDevil No. This is basically the phone on a screen. and the phone ist really seseptible to viruses so your good there. And watching over wifi doesnt deplete any data. its free.

And most inportantly, at&t data counters lie. you can probably watch over 900 minutes of youtube videos. i only have the 200 mb plan and i always use 120-160 mbs

iOS may seem smoother but that's only because it has been available for so long. Android is up and coming and, in its first year or so, has shot to the level of Apple. think, given some time, Android will be all-in-all better than iOS, although I personally think it already is. (BTW, Android PC would be toughhhhh)

Why would you get this if you already have a laptop? The phone has a hot spot functionality (I assume) so you can use it as a "modem". This just seems very excessive...

@TheRealSweedie I understand your point but the idea is that this dock is light weight (much lighter than laptop), has internet (through phone) and has much better battery than a laptop. Another thing is that you can continue what you were doing on your phone when you plug this into dock as everything is on the cloud. Ofcourse laptops are more powerful and functional but we are talking about mobility & productivity aspect here.

@SyphonFilterr You may be right, but at the same time, if you buy a netbook you'll usually get around 8 hours of battery life, and an ultra-portable device. I understand the thought of this dock, I just feel like this is one of those things that people will buy only because it's a new "cool" gadget, that they in reality don't need at all (because they found this video of the gadget on their Macbook Air). Maybe it's my cynicism kicking in, but it just seems like a very unnecessary gadget to me.
