Stunningly beautiful. Maybe no one beats Billy Joel, but David did a wonderful job with this.Great arrangement, and the vocals to pull it off without a doubt. I still do not understand how this guy lost.This is one of my favorite songs, and this is probably one of the top 3 performances I have heard . It would have been interesting to hear David do this totally a capella. There aren't many who could pull it off, but he might be one.

Even though it seemed like Simon was on drugs. He was just careful not to give David the upper hand. David sang this song superbly. It was all planned for cook to win because simon's people from England do not consider David "all" american. That British idol group should have been fair and honest with David. They misled him and selected this particular song with hidden messages that he would not be the winner. At least according to their twisted agenda. They shouldn't have been bias.

I don't get David Cook fans, I can't see how alot of people think he's more talented then David A. I don't even see a comparison. PERIOD. I just don't see it. Cook is better at being a rocker, and playing instruments, but there's so many rockers already David A. is unique.
