  • I read your description & I totally disagree for the first part. I'm in 5th grade & I mostly understand most of this, like dividing the number by 2 (ex. 20/2=10) & taking the remainder to the side & going up the list. But, I also learned much from you. Nice video :D!

  • you are a jerk!

    go learn math!

  • Gracias me ayudo mucho!!!

  • Pretty Simple. thanks.

  • Yay hex. We just went over Hexadecimal earlier this week. Adding and subtacting, multiplying and dividing O_O. But i got it in the end! ^_^

  • you look like you just had a whole lot of pot

    but good job

  • You did a great job explaining place value, you math whiz, you! Math was always my favorite subject to teach! Question & pet peeve: Since "10" represents 2 in binary, why do some people pronounce it "ten?" Keep smilin', annie

  • I think they say that because everyone (at least in most cultures) is raised on the decimal system, so they naturally say ten instead of one-zero. yay math!

  • i learned this a year ago, and it took my professor about an hour and 10 minute lecture. I think I could have learned it from your 7 minute lecture just as well, haha.

  • That is so cool! It's just building on basic place value that I teach to my kids! That's so awesome! :D

  • I'm glad you liked it! hooray for math :)

  • this served me no purpose in life. yet, i couldnt seem to stop watching you...you have a really good way of speaking to people. its engaging. btw, have a cough drop & get some sleep. ha, just playing with you.

  • wow...numbers are mush in my mind...but you made sense. be a teacher. For real.

  • Thank you for going faster than most math teachers and explaining things fully. I understood this immediately, it's awesome.

  • I prefer my private lessons... ;P

  • i prefer OUR private lessons too! ;D

  • even this won't help me. because i refuse to learn!
