The reason you couldn't hit people with the Deagle is because the iron sights are off unless you are using a tactical knife.

@TheKripox Tactical knife helps the sights, but I'll admit the recoil gets fairly annoying. On the other hand, if you don't want recoil, use an M9 or USP. It only takes one more shot to kill. Revolvers ftw, I was just mentioning the Desert Eagle's capability for Hardcore.
