I'm 19, and 4 years ago I fractured my back in 4 places, L1, L2, L4, and L5. They prescribed me OxyContin 80mg (150 a month) OxyMoprhone 40mg (15X's stronger than oxycontin, 120 a month) (Also called opana) 10mg Lortab (90 a month) 10mg Percocet (90 a month) I got addicted by snorting the oxymoprhone and oxycontin, oxymorphone was HELLA stronger than oxycontin, and i snorted up to 800mg of oxycontin in 2days sometimes 1 day, now I'm 67 days clean and on Suboxone!

damn thats a lot of pills cant believe they would give u that much at one time..thats weird thoug about the OC's case they are extended release so u can get by on two a day and 150 a month would be around 3 a day on top of everything else that just dont make sense

I got the oxycontin and oxymorphone every 4 months, but I would have done them all in 3 weeks... So I had him call in more Lortab etc...

Doctor Kleber's comment as to the exceptance of using prescribed drugs & how easy to obtain at school is VERY ACCURATE. What a shame to.

I've watched 3 friends lowered into their burial plot NEEDLESSLY early. When I become aware that a friend is using their prescribed pills along with pot & alcohol, I won't sit on my tongue. I say, "I'd rather lose a friendship than to lose NEEDLESSLY another friend".
