As a trainee teacher, just looking at the first few minutes of this video is making me cringe, as firstly you have the teacher speaking to the board more than to his charges, and then you have some children just laying around like its Saturday morning cartoon time. When I'm in the classroom, I will be striving for much more order than this for children of this age.
